Seminar Abstract:
The seminar examines the demand of the basic objects and concepts of the
sequestration of carbon dioxide and accordingly through analysis elicits the
tasks involved in the preprocessing of flue-gas for the purposes of
sequestration.
The seminar constructs the average
constituents of flue-gases and from the virtually global composition
proffers technologies for the separation of the various subjects but with
objects of commercial and financial benefits obtaining from the separations
operations, such as to establish commercial viability in undertaking the
separation operations prior to the effecting of the sequestration of the
carbon dioxide.
The seminar then proceeds to catalogue
various technologies both conventional and biotechnological with a
foundational support for application in the conditioning and preprocessing
of flue-gases.
